PITI is a Dashboard widget that performs mortgage calculations, taking into account annual taxes and insurance.
• Compute taxes and insurance as a percentage of loan amount, or input a fixed number
• Uses monthly compounding to compute interest
• Displays PI/taxes/insurance rates individually, as well as their sum
Please report any problems and suggestions in the forums.
The calculator has been released under the GPL.
