MailFollowup Mail Plugin 1.3

  MailFollowup Mail Plugin adds a "Follow Up" item to the Message and contextual menus (and optional toolbar item) of Apple's Mail application that allows you to compose (and then send) a quoted version of the original message to all of the original recipients, keeping the To, Cc and Bcc addresses exactly as they appeared in the original message. Hawk Wings has a nice description of it, and Dan Frakes wrote about it in January of 2007. What's new: Version 1.3: NEW: To match the semantics of Reply and Reply All, added functionality for both Follow Up (original To: recipients only) and Follow Up All (all original recipients).
