MacIago is a strategic computer game based on the Othello/Reversi board game and inspired on the 1984 mac game “Iago” made by David Reed (hence the similar name).
The game is played with a board on which you have to enclose the opponent pieces between your own. All the enclosed pieces will be converted to your own in the eight possible directions. Each move must result in at least one conversion. When such move is not possible the turn is forfeited. The game ends when none of the players is able to make a move. The player with the most pieces at the end of the game wins.
