Backuplist+ is a simple, yet powerful file copy and backup application for Mac OSX. With it you can create lists of your important folders and files that you want to save to an external hard drive or other destination. It makes simple copies so there is no need for complex restore operations. It will automatically collect all the important system preferences and application preferences for safe keeping as well. There are many other options including single compressed archives or Burn folders ready for making CD or DVD hard copies. And you can schedule backups daily or weekly. The elegant and intuitive interface makes it easy and fun to use.
What’s new in this version:
* Backuplist+ 5.1 ifixes a bug with the alternate rsync option which makes it now compatible with OS10.4X Tiger. The date stamp for incremental backups now looks like (2007_12_25_342513). This allows backuplist to sort the incremental file list much faster and makes for smoother successive backups. The settings panel now opens correctly when left open prior to quitting the application. There are several other small fixes that make this an important upgrade.
